At last a typical Mosel wine, the 2008 vintage! Why typical? We have normal matureness, with moderate alcohol levels and awesome minerality. Riesling harvest began early October and ended November 10th. In several selective sessions our Riesling grapes were  carefully sorted to make maximum use of the vintage potential. Marginal weather in September caused some scepticism. But meteorological conditions in October improved and very good results were achieved at the end.
A thrilling year lies ahead of both you and us. Not only the wines of this amazing vintage are waiting to be sampled, but also numerous events in our new vinotheque are reason to visit and enjoy our beautiful Mosel region and its wines on site.
